Rajeshwari, a certified CBT practitioner and trainer, employs eclectic therapeutic techniques for depression, anxiety, grief, and relationship conflicts amongst other concerns to help individuals manage their lives. She is trauma-informed and holds a Master’s degree in Organisational Psychology and Psychiatry from King’s College London. She has worked with and trained over 200+ clients over 3+years to improve their mental wellbeing both individually and across corporates. She has additionally offered mental health services to Vasantha Memorial Trust to promote the mental health of cancer survivors.

She founded Serenity – Your Wellbeing Studio and employs multiple approaches like Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy, Art Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. She personalizes the therapy sessions to transform her clients life for the better.
